Bill has been a professor of education

at New England College, since 1997.

 

He teaches graduate and

undergraduate courses in Education,

Educational Psychology,

School Climate Research and

Educational Research.

 

Bill was the Kilgore Award-Winning

Professor of the Year in 2011.
