There is this wonderful piece of research where Clemson University found while studying our program and its effectiveness: that when student leaders were "at the table" adult effectiveness in improving their schools and in following through with implementation of their interventions went up!
Kids brought out the best in the adults according to an independent study by the National Dropout Prevention center! It seems like an important "verification" of the "beliefs" we hold about the power of kids to change the world.

Research Shows SafeMeasures Works!
Research from hundreds of client schools shows that the SafeMeasuresä Process really works. Qualitative and quantitative pre-post data, as well as academic achievement data collected through state testing, show that client schools have:
Significantly improved school climate and safety
Improved classroom management and discipline
Reduced bullying and harassment
Heightened civic and personal engagement and empowerment of students
Significantly reduced drop out rates
Significantly raised levels of academic achievement
